As your doula, I trust you and your body. I believe in your strength and I am here to witness your power. I provide continuous birth support, as well as prenatal and postpartum support.Â
Services
Before birth, I will help connect you to resources, plan for and process prenatal appointments, and create a detailed birth letter describing your preferences.
During labor and birth, I will provide continuous in-person support assisting with comfort measures and nourishment, making sure you are heard by your care team, and witnessing your incredible power.
Before birth, I will help you plan for postpartum. I will visit you after birth to make sure you and baby are doing well, and connect you to any resources needed.
