Pregnancy Support

Throughout your pregnancy, I am here to support you. I will help you plan for and process prenatal visits, connect you with resources to manage whatever comes up during your pregnancy, and guide you in creating a detailed birth letter and postpartum plan.

No matter how you give birth, I will be there for you to facilitate comfort measures, provide nourishment, and honor your birth preferences as much as possible. I will join you whenever you need during labor and, before that, can provide virtual support as needed. After baby is born, I will stay with you for a couple hours, providing support and helping with the first feed if needed.

Birth is the beginning, not the end! Before birth, I will help you plan your supports and resources for postpartum. I generally visit families twice after birth, depending on your preferences. When I visit, we’ll check in on feeding, healing after birth, and emotional needs…and I always bring food!

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you supportive of epidural/C-section?

Yes! There's no wrong way to give birth. As your doula, my goal is to connect you with information so that you can make choices that are right for you and your baby, and then advocate for those choices.

When should I hire a doula?

There's no wrong time! But if we meet earlier in your pregnancy, I can help you prepare for birth, provide additional resources and education, and we can spend more time getting to know each other before the big day. If possible, I recommend hiring a doula in your second trimester.

Are you available for my due date?

My current availability is posted on Instagram and DoulaMatch.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not bill to insurance currently. I will provide an invoice, contract, and/or receipt documenting services provided. I cannot complete employer or insurance paperwork.

When do I pay?

Please plan to pay 50% when we sign a services contract and the remainder at 36 weeks of pregnancy.
